What we need right now is for the team leaders to stand up and set the bar for the rest of the team. Hopefully they can all start playing for each other and cover each other's backside. Nobody should want to let their team mates down.
Maas, Cheatwood, Vaughan, Holmes, Hitch, Cheron.....you are some of the guys that have to keep demanding more from the rest.
