Would OSEG benefit by owning an Arena team in the AFL

Jeff Hunt has become a visionary in putting together the OSEG which own teams in a minor and Pro Soccer team, Junior Hockey team and a CFL team with ties to The Old Crows non profit sponsor of the Ravens of Carleton football.
The 67's the main tenant of the soon to be modernized Civic Center with a capacity of about 10,000 would be a perfect venue.
As CFL teams can only sign so many players to their roster using the Arena team as minor league team to the CFL team.
Ottawa is located perfectly for both RSEQ and OUA players looking to improve their game. As with Indoor lacrosse team in Calgary they carry an all Canadian Roster which makes the team very popular. The same could happen with an Arena Football team with a predominant Canadian Roster but could bring in imports as well.
It is a very inexpensive franchise to run under the new Arena 1 model. players provided with Housing and Meals and a $450.000 game check a week. I could see a lot of 5th year CIS players looking to get some more exposure along with rookies who were part of late cuts come to play in the spring.
currently there is a 3 team conference in the Arena 1 with Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland.
The Arena football league also has a TV deal for a game of the week with CBS sports network which is available in Canada.
