(this could be a general topic for a sticky for that matter- but my specific question is.....)
...what's the reason for the rule on 'you can't post too soon after another post?', and...
Is there a specific time limit?
Is this to penalize fast typists or to eliminate short answers?
Enquiring minds want to know. 
Its hit and miss with the time limit. Truthfully I can't see a reason for it at all.

I've run into that when I quickly "edit" for any bad spelling or grammar gaffs I make ......I just hit "backspace", count to 20 and enter it again.
;) I found that out right away when they changed it!
