Willie Wood, first black head coach in CFL history died...and no acknowledgment from the league

Willie Wood coached the Argos in 1980 and 1981, replacing Forrest Gregg. He was the first black Head Coach in the league's history and died on February 3rd.

I did not see a single reference or acknowledgment from the league or Argos about this event...let's pay attention, people!

???

Both the Argos and the league acknowledged his passing when it happened on Feb. 3

Some people think that if it doesn’t appear in their vision that it doesn’t exist.

Thanks for pointing this out…I don’t use Twitter and never looked there…lesson learned
