It's great that Clermont has stepped up but it seems like he is the only read. Teams are going to catch on to this and that'll free up Simon and the rest of the receivers, I hope

I will agree though, Geroy Simon needs to get the ball more.
Geroy is one of the best receivers in the CFL..Simon should be getting the ball more then he has this year..but things change and the big receiver i think is Clermont..I dont no if Clermont is just getting open and Simon isnt..Or the QB's just have something against Simon..but the ball is going to Clermont..and hey B.C is still putting up those W's
I'd hate to see Geroy lose his momentum from last year due to frustration over his lack of involvement. Don't know why they're not going to him more...maybe because that's what's expected and we're taking the heat off? Hopefully they'll use him more in the next few weeks so he can pick up where he left off.
i think why hes not getting the ball as much is because all the other teams are on him like a fat kid with chocolate and he would just get injured and i dont think we want to see that happen.. But he was startin to get the ball thrown to him last game which was nice to see
When we need him he will be there for his team. Maybe it is a good thing to keep him healthy for when it counts.GO LEOS!!!
lol, kay, this is football, if you dont want to risk being injured by being tackled, then your playing the wrong sport. It’s the QB’s job to look after his receivers and not throw dangerous passes IE running a slant pattern with some1 lining the receiver up.
Simon is most definitly not getting enough passes his way and rightfully so he is frustrated. While watching the Lions vs Stamps i can count atleast 5 plays he was wide open (and its only the first quarter) and he wasnt even looked to.
