yes, with the league's help, I see them winning the GC in 2009, and Ottawa doing the same in 2013.

YOU KNOW ON PAPER THE TI-CATS SHOULD BE ALOT BETTER THAN THERE RECORD. I THINK THEY JUST NEED TO BUILD SOME CONFIDENCE AND GIVE THIER QB A GOOD PLAY BOOK BECAUSE THE ONE THEY USE WAS APPENTLY ISSUED TO EVERY TEAM THEY PLAY
