I think both football guys listed are decent GM's. Buffalo has been killed by injuries so this season iis a wash for them.
With Desjardin, it's his first season. I don''t think it;s fair to judge until after you see who is brought in during the off season.
My vote goes with JFJ. Even though I am not a Leafs fan or really even a huge hockey watcher. You can tell he's inept by the amount of dollars committed to 3 defence men and 2 goalies.

Marcel has brought in some terrific talent.
Replace the assisstants with CFL experience, a couple of players here and there, like a Geroy Simon, and watch out!
