The Ultra-Dad: Bob Dyce
The Disappointed Dad: Ryan Dinwiddie

Toss-up between O’Shea and Dyce.
I’ll go with Bob Dyce the guy who I feel has the best shot of winning and holding the ultimate prestigious award that being the Grey Cup
Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t ol’ Ears Maas grow a beard last year later in the season towards the playoffs ?

I’m going with O’Shea. Somewhere in that wiry patch he’s kept lots of hidden dollars to entice free agents back year after year. Brilliant ploy.

A little off topic but still on the subject of beards. I’ve been watching a lot of Youtube reactions to the movie Miracle. One of the pieces of trivia that the movie didn’t get right was the actor playing Ken Morrow didn’t have a beard in the movie and that was Morrow’s defining feature in his career (unlike players now).
There is a rare clip that resurfaced of the movie makers and Kurt Russell talking to Brooks about the beard (video is cued or start at 18:15)
