Like 2 years ago, Ed Hervey ran a 4.28.

I don't know how fast he is now with age coming up and his knee problem.

Tony Tompkins is pretty fast. Chip Cox to. Jason Armstead, I remember him saying on TSN his 40 time is 4.23 or something.
