yeah for sure, a tribute to a coach who died… you still dont get the meaning behind ‘swaggerville’ do you?
comments mocking “swaggerville”, there’s a reason it upsets bomber fans and people who understand what it means and what its all about, it’s because quite honestly, none of you understand what its all about. The bombers former dl coach, richard harris, may he rest in peace, told these guys to go out and play with “swagger”. Do you know what that means? its another word for confidence really… he passed away last year, almost a year ago…july 26th actually… as a tribute to their deceased coach, these guys went out and named themselves “swaggerville”. It’s a tribute to a coach who passed away. You get it now? i hope so, so hopefully these disrespectful comments cease. Because what you are doing when you disrespect “swaggerville” is basically disrespecting the memory of a great man and person in Coach Richard Harris.
Quote by Doug Brown; “it was a coach on this football team a few years back that implored the players to play with ‘swagger’ on the field”. Although Big Doug Brown didn’t say it; IMO that DL coach in Question is Richard Harris, thus the secondary players did just that.

as far as the big 3 goes... Sorry ticat fans, Burris,Fantuz and Giguere have done nothing on the ticats so far, so that automatically removes them from contention.
Lulay,Simon,Bruce or Calvillo,Richardson,Whitaker by far.
Until Burris,Giguere(who hasnt caught 1 regular season pass yet) and Fantuz do something, they arent even in the same league..
Honestly, I'd put Pierce,Edwards,Denmark ahead of Burris,Fantuz,Giguere right now just for the simple fact that they have actually done something in the regular season.
I don't consider it disrespect to Richard Harris to find the term Swaggerville incredibly lame. A nickname for a team unit and a deceased coach are two different things. I respect Harris for his body of work. Still doesn't change the lameness of the title Swaggerville in my eyes.
Totally agree at this point. So far, Giguere is an unknown quantity, and none of the three have played together yet. I’m hoping to include them by the end the season - maybe earlier than that. But there’s no evidence yet.
Yeah, I wouldn’t be surprised if Chris Williams had more yardage than Giguere AND Fantuz by the end of the season, to be honest. He was superb last season. If he has a repeat performance this season, he’ll be joining the ranks of the elite receivers in the league.
My vote goes for the Alouette trio of Calvillo, Richardson, and Whitaker because any of those three could have realistically been an MOP nominee last year. The Lions' three would have to step up statistically to approach those three.
Honestly with no games played yet… the ticats big 3 cant include any of burris fantuz or giguere. None of them have played a meaningful game together. If u wanna talk ticat big 3… I’d lean more towards “coburne, williams and maybe jamal johnson”.
This thread started by talking about LeBron, D-Wade and Bosh. You are aware that they were labeled “The Big 3” before ever playing a game together, right? And the previous NBA “Big 3” of Boston’s Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen were also given that moniker before they played together.
