when did ricky Willams Break his Leg?

From Sportsnet.ca

But those pale in comparison to Toronto's injury situation. The Argos have had 27 players miss at least one game this season, and will be without defensive back Clifford Ivory (shoulder), receiver Keith Stokes (knee) and, of course, running back Ricky Williams (broken leg).

It a Busted Arm not leg..

Williams had surgery on his foot a couple of weeks ago after cutting ( or breaking) his foot when he walked into a door . He was barefoot at the time. I think the injury occurred after a practice he was watching. The injury occurred after he broke his arm and was first reported on the TSN program "Off the Record "

What a Klutz

Give me a Break
Woops they did Willams Arm & Toe

From Len Pasquarelli, ESPN.com:

"It used to be that only trouble seemed to follow Ricky Williams around. Lately, however, it's injuries that are dogging the erstwhile Miami Dolphins tailback, who is playing this season in the CFL.

Already recovering from a fractured left forearm, Williams earlier this week suffered a toe injury to his left foot that required stitches. Williams sustained the injury as he was walking barefoot through the Toronto Argonauts' locker room and stubbed his toe.

The toe is lacerated but tests confirmed there is no fracture. Ironically, Williams limped through the locker room on crutches earlier in the week, with his ankle wrapped, in what was supposed to have been a joke on the local media. Since his broken arm still figures to keep him off the field for another month, the toe injury really has no affect on extending Williams' rehabilitation.

The injury to Williams' toe should be fine before his arm is healed and he is cleared to play."

Oski Wee Wee,

He's getting paid to do what again?

At the start of the preseason and regular season the media were like little school girls after an 80s boy band
with regards to Williams.

Even the TSN/CBC guys were dubbing Ricky Williams and the Toronto Argonauts.

Ricky this -Ricky that.

Now I'm sure once he gets healed it'll resurface--not to the same degree I hope.

We'll never know--but I wonder if the argos had a more balanced approach to the run and pass..instead of the Austin aerial show-if Williams would've made more of an impact.

Ricky sure made a fine Boatman.

Still wished Williams was healthy so we could see our defence stop him all night long. Maybe we'll see him on Labour Day or the week after
