what time is the draft starting? in central time

i heard it will be at 3pm but it isnt offical so can anybody help me?? it would help alot :!:

It is 2 pm mountian time for sure.

4pm eastern time. That's 3 pm Manitoba time.

If I fail my Biochem Final that I write on Thursday because of instead of studying I will be on here following the draft, I will blame Ottawa for me not graduating this Spring, completely hampering my plan of being a complete bum for the next year.
