What the "fudge" is wrong with the CFL and TSN?
OK, this is my problem. I pay for 2 stations (to my cable provider): TSN and TSN HD. I watched the great Hamilton Calgary in HD on TSNHD. When the Saskatchewan-BC game started (I so wanted to watch it), I got a big message telling me the game was "blacked out" in my area. Then, poker night comes on with a bunch of fat guys. What the f***? Then, I switch to the normal non HD TSN, and they are showing the green Riders Lions game. OK, I am pissed off! WHAT f******* blackout; the game is in BC, I live in Montréal! Does the CFL and TSN actually expect me to by two tickets at BC place, take an airplane, rent a hotel room to help sell Lions tickets, just because all my hometown Alouettes tickets are sold out? Give me a break! Review your blackout policy!!!

This has been a problem that has been befallen all TSN HD subscribers this season. If the game being shown on TSN is NOT being shown in HD, then the HD channel will say the game's blacked out and start showing crap like poker while the non-HD version of TSN will show the game.

That's the case with tonight's doubleheader. The Stamps/Ti-Cats game was aired in HD while the Riders/Lions game was not. The best bet is to just watch the game on normal TSN and that way you don't have to worry about those alleged "blacked out" screens when a non-HD broadcast starts.

The same thing happened to me here in Calgary. I am pretty angry as well.

That's not an excuse. TSN and the CFL have to get their stuff together and wake up! The customer, is US. The provider, is THEM!

I am not sure that CFL has anything to do with what games, or how many games, that TSN chooses to put on HD.

I for one live quite well without HD. :rockin:

THEY ALSO BETTER FIX THE WEBCAST, THE HAMILTON/CALGARY GAME WAS BLACKEDOUT IN THE US, AND THAT'S JUST UNACCETABLE.

"WERE SHOWING ALL GAMES ON TV THIS SEASON!" YEAH RIGHT!!!
