spidel man back off, Joseph wants anew chance in the NFL like any CFl player, Austin made a great choice to go coach for his old College team which so many people would love to do. so ya some huge changes and possibly going to severely hurt them but last time i checked they cleaned up the playoffs with more backups then starters.
