Youre taking up cap space and a roster spot if youre no longer an impact player esp. at LB and Lawrence hasnt been in two years.

I disagree . If they want to return, then bring them to camp . Give them the opportunity to claim their spot . Obieās saying āBetter is betterā should always apply but give the vets a chance .

I agree, but with a salary cap, there are times when it canāt.
I agree Simoni may have lost something, but last year he was injured for half the season and in 2021 he was the East Division Defensive Player of the year.
In terms of how good he will be in 2023 it is all speculation. I still think he signs a new one year deal soon.

The # 1 guy in CFL rankings , Chase Brown from London Ont , reminds me of Kenny Walker . Walker was a standout RB with Michigan State last year . This year with the Seahawks he could become the rookie of the year in the NFL . I think Brown is that good and therefore will be a late round pick in the CFL Draft .
