What do you BB fans think about possibly inviting LB'S Cam Hall and Zeke Moreno back?

i think moreno has shown he can still play, but isnt as dominant… his salary became enormous after his one big season when he broke out. since then he has been good, but at his age isnt worth the price
hall is done. he wont get another shot in this league
seems like the bombers are trying to get younger not older so id say there is absolutely zero interest and chance either or these 2 are back ever.
i think a guy like a jasper johnson who looked good in camp last year and is much younger and not as hated as hall or not nearly as old and slow and wouldnt command the salary that moreno would, would likely be brought back b4 either of these 2.

i really hope they bring jasper johnson back, he really impressed me in game type situations... would love to see him get a crack, also their was a lb here not last year but before who came in with a lot of hype, he wasnt great in coverage but he was fast and a huge hitter, really a force in training camp before he was cut. id love to see him again but i cant remember his name!!!

had a lot of intensity, made huge plays, very fast and strong, demolished people,, but as i recal had penalty trouble in preseason and early year? as well wasnt the greatest cover lb... but at 26... still very teachable.. he definately had the athletic skills, and was a natural playmaker... i think a lot of people were surprised when he was released
ahh yes mr slay.. every year the bombers bring in a guy who is ultra hyped complete with youtube video and every year that player gets cut. last year it was ramonce taylor. the year b4 was slay who i think had some injury problems actually but looked pretty decent when he did play. i wouldnt have a problem bringing slay back but i dont understand why people always want to bring back guys who were here b4 and didnt do much such as hall and moreno. recylcing players like that will get u nowhere.
im just gonna say this here and be done with this... mike kelly was right i think when he said it seems that most people only care about the number or name on the back of the jersey instead of the blue and gold colors.
i dont disagree with u about the name guys rather than the team guys, but i dont remember slay having an attitude problem, and he certainly made some big plays! just throwing ideas out there as lb is one of the areas we need to beef up on before camp! id be happy to see any young talent brought in tho! just as long as there is competition and were not forced to stick with what we have without seeing a good battle

yep. charlton had a good year, but cant have much left in the tank, jolo is so injury prone, shabazz kinda disappeared in the 2nd half although he was still prob the best we have cause hes so versatile.
itd sure be nice to bring in greenwood or williams from the draft if either of them happen to fall to #6, although itl be hard to look past drafting an olineman with our first pick
lapo has said he wants guys who are ready to play this year so i dont see the bombers taking an olineman in the draft with the 6th overall pick unless he's gonna come in and play this year.
id suspect greenwood will go 1 or 2.. wouldnt surprise me if shomari fell down to us at #6 but im not sure if they would take him as apparently he is too slow to be a linebacker. id suspect if avail the bombers will take eddie steele with the #6 pick. but then again, who knows, the draft is always so different than what the u know so called experts like duane forde suspect it will be. lots of the top prospects they have listed are guys who have a year or so of ncaa eligibilty left.. im not sure alot of those guys will be chosen in the first round.
still 2 months and abit to go until camp begins so we do have some time to make some moves, hopefully we see some linebackers and db's brought in prior to the draft. im not gonna pretend to be an expert on cis football or anything but i dunno, id suspect the bombers with the 6th pick take a guy who is ready to come play this year.. who that is? no idea.
We definitely need to bring in 1 or 2 more MLB'ers as LoBo is all we have. Those guys should be a dime a dozen down south for M&M to find.
I wouldn't look at Moreno, guys too old, and I would much rather have Shabazz than Hall.
with donny o and doug brown in the middle im not so sure the bombers will go for steele, thats just my opinion... i know a lot of people will disagree.. but with dorian (imp) and doug holding down the inside, plus donny o, i dont know! a lb makes more sense to me, but would shomari be able to play now, or ever?
i personally like the oline prospects... but all of the first round projections look good... im just happy we have a first round selection

well i think we can narrow the choices down tho... lb ol and wr.. beleive i heard lapo mention that those are areas we need to updrage our canadian talent. imo, our oline is looking pretty decent right now with morley,labatte,khan,fritz,donnelly,january,hashem,butler,morris,bestard... thats 10 olineman rght now and i might be missing someone.. thats alot of hogs for camp.. maybe 1 or 2 more max can be brought in. lb is an area we have talked about and we all know we need help there, receiver by my count we have arthur,hargreaves,mchenry,svec.. maybe 1 more guy im missing but i suppose bringing in a guy like akeem foster or even turner(is he a wr) cant hurt. i dunno.

all i know is the season is still aways away :S lol and like because the snow is gone, it just seems that much longer and its starting to really disapoint me that we dont hear of more signings altho id suspect a few guys will be signed after the nfl draft (usually several are) when that is? i dunno.. may ish probably.

I am 100% satisfied with our oline, alot of young player’s and a few Veteran leaders, plus most of these guys have great size and are still good on there feet. Obviously they all cannot make the team which leaves me to believe that we may move 1 or 2 before TC.
