Not taking returns after rider field goals a smart move - Bombers have very little in the way of a return game, both via runners and blocking!
I can see Bud Grant inserting Chris “Twister” Streveler into the game if Nichols continue to get sacked. Bombers need some energy coming off the QB spot - as the rider d-line seems to be over-powering the bomber o-line (so far)
but
can’t see O’Shea doing same - he’s gonna stick w/ Nichols thru thick or thin!
Bombers look as if they are starting to get into a rhythm offensively.

I do expect a close, and low-scoring game but i think - even given the home team field (and/or) crowd advantage - that the Bombers take this one - especially when Zach isn’t playing.
But then I thought the Ticats/Leos game would be close and low scoring so what do I know?

Cool. I’m just saying that lossing ZC isn’t a game changer. Infact I’d say the Bombers losing JSK is a bigger loss.

He did have a good case for his challenge there - certainly a more clear cut case of DPI than the flag tossed on Leonard (I think) in the end zone of the Hamilton game.
It was as close to a guaranteed challenge as you will find and he had to take it.
