West Coast Clash: 111th Grey Cup matchups set

TORONTO – The Toronto Argonauts and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers are set to compete in the 111th Grey Cup. The championship game will mark the eighth time in the history of Canadian Football that the modern-day incarnations of the two clubs have played for the iconic trophy (1937-38, 1945-47, 1950 and 2022).

The :bombers: looked very impressive in their West Final versus the :riders: They are destined to win their :three:rd Grey Cup in the last 5 years :exclamation: My hometown :argos: were not as impressive in their gritty road victory by 2 points over the :als_red:  The fact that Chad Kelly will not be dressed for the Grey Cup will make the task much easier for the :bombers: :slightly_smiling_face: :star_struck:

P.S May the Best Team Win. :football: :vietnam:

Im thinking it will be a close game, despite Toronto losing their starting qb. They will be hyper-motivated, whereas Winnipeg could be be too confident reading the odds this week. Reminds me of the 1986 Grey Cup when the proud Eskies strutted on the field against the hapless Tiger-Cats who were expected to be swamped.

If you think this Bomber team is underestimating anyone, you don’t really follow the CFL too closely
