Yeah, I'm kind of glad the Saints are back at the Super Dome, would have liked it better if they spilt their games again this season like the Honest have once again done, except instead of San Antonio and Barman Rouge, spilt them between the Dome and Shreveport (which has seen a increase in the population and economy since the Hurricane), ya know, just to test Shreveport out.
Great pre-game and the game wasn't bad although the Saints really did shut down Vick and company. Shows how important sports can be to a community's spirit, no longer just going to a church with people praying but a real public event like a football game showing that we can overcome a devastation like the massive flood there. Great stuff. Football just seems to be the best sport to do this at, baseball might be the American's pastime but it is football that is their passion.
Its too bad people's homes that were destroyed by Katrina arent being re-built as fast as the Superdome.
