I cant help but notice that it is the DLs that lift more than the OLs for the most part.
Wonder why?
Is it that the OLs are too busy working on their guts?
C'mon guys, trim down the waste lines and body fat and strengthen those muscles.

Random theory, OL don't work on pushing to full extension because that tends to give away that they are holding ... they pull in more than push out.R
I would say that because this format is not just about strength alone...but endurance and even some cardio...which you would think that typically a Dlineman is going to win out on. I think that leg strength is perhaps more important for an OLman.
I notice finally that the top 2 today were OL.
