Week 13 Power Rankings are up!

Poor Hamilton...They'll figure it out one day.

First of I am not a big believer of this but really the Riders are third after losing two in a row. This guy that does this site must be a big homer.

This is more like the real thing the above seems to be biased. http://www4.sportsnet.ca/football/cfl/powerrankings/12/

Ya, I think the Sportsnet ranking is a bit more accurate.

The first power rankings just goes by standings BC has only won 2 in the last 6 not a #1

The Sportsnet one is right. I think in the original post the guy was gelé.

Realistically, BC/Winnipeg is a toss-up though I would put BC in front.

Saskatchewan/Calgary is also a toss-up. Yeah Calgary pounded the Riders but if it is a complilation of the year, let's look at the facts. Calgary has beaten Edmonton three times, Toronto once and Hamilton once. The only wins that could really be classified as being against top quality opposition would be SK this week. SK on the other hand, has defeated BC at BC, defeated Winnipeg, defeated Montreal in Montreal. Based on most formulas, at this time SK would be ranked ahead of Calgary but only barely. A win by Calgary next week combined with a Rider loss to BC and Calgary will deserve third.

Bombers have won four of the last five and Labor Day could have gone either way. They are the only team in the CFL right now playing good, consistent football. No.1 for sure.

Stamps have lost once in their last six.

For sure going to be #1.

I think I would disagree with both points. You argue how Saskatchewan should be placed ahead of Calgary because of who they have beaten. I agree that that is important, but then why do you place BC ahead of WPG? Bc is 2-3 against WPG, Mont, and Saskatchewan, while WPG is 4-1 against those same teams. Also Sask is in a bit of a slump, and have lost big in their last 2, While calgary is really starting to gain confidence.

I think I would have them ranked: Wpg, BC, CGY, Sask, Mont, Tor, Edm, Ham

Good point letsgoblue. I should have switched the Bombers and the Lions.

I think both rankings are pretty good. I mean, really, the only changes are in the top 4.

Now here is TSN's spin on week 13...Although the Stamps are on the up and up, not sure they should be in 2nd.

I think the highest Calgary should get is 3rd.
