users are encouraged to help other users, not just staff. i think this is needed. feel free to provide your thoughts on it here in this thread.
note: the Help Desk sub-category is under the Forum News, Feedback and Housekeeping category but you will notice it's topics do not appear there except for first 3 in a preview link box at the top.
i will also be using the help desk to post user tips on forum features that users may not be aware of or know how to user, like the Tracking or default home page functions. these tips will also be a part of User Help Guide FAQ i am working on. topics in the help desk will be marked as solved on the resolution post and closed.
