Still not mathematically eliminated, but everybody above me would need to go 0-4 both remaining weeks while I go 4-0. Should I wait to figure out the one possible set of picks that would let that happen? Somehow, I suspect that would involve picking all the underdogs - Ottawa, Winnipeg, B.C., Toronto (yeah, that's right!) - and hoping for a bizarro world week. OK, maybe not.
My picks for week 19 (like it matters anymore):
Hamilton @ Ottawa - If the Ticats roll over this week, they deserve to miss the playoffs. But given the Redblacks stronger-than-expected defence, who knows?
Winnipeg @ Calgary - The Stamps may end up resting a few key players, but even so, they'll still beat the Bombers - who definitely deserve to miss the playoffs.
B.C. @ Edmonton - This could be a close one, but the Eskimos are just a better team than the Lions.
Toronto @ Montreal - Toss up here. Both teams are playing well lately, but the Also have a bit of an edge over the Argos, if only because they're playing at home.
