No surprise here . Simoni gives everything he’s got in every game . He is an instant Hall of Famer :heartbeat: :+1:

To be honest i expected more from him this year. Or i should say i expected more from the D. With some of the talent we aquired i felt Simoni would be freed up to chase QB’s and ball hawk more than in the past. We’re starting to see that towards the end of the season.

I don’t understand the 15 yard cushion the DBs were giving Op receivers earlier in the season?

Better ask Washington that question. Although I’m not sure even he knows the answer.

Our DB’s have been soft for sure. Good offenses will successfully pass against us when they need to. It’s our biggest weakness.

Simoni is one of those guys that every fan who knows a modicum about what makes someone a great player whishes was on their team for his entire career.

We have 2 outstanding LBs this year… a 28-yr-old and a 34-yr-old. :+1: :+1:

He’s definitely picked up his game over the last few contests. At the start of the year I figured this would be his last go round. He may just have one more season in him yet, whether that’s with the Cats or not.

His next season will be with the Cats . :+1: :+1:

Hard to say for sure but considering his likely replacements were either Wilson who went down with an achilles or Vosean Joseph who’s now a Redblack it could happen.

I am hoping to see him in green for two seasons

Wilson is a keeper who they need back next year . Joseph looks like he’s found a home in Ottawa .

Oh yeah , the Rider fans would certainly welcome Simoni but certainly not ā€œSuitsā€ .

I think joseph shares condo with masoli, acklin, addison, domagala, maudlin, santos knox, bennett, brooks, kanneh, and burke.

Although I hear burke is looking to sublet in anticipation of his firing.

Not true about Burkie . Apparently he has done such a wonderful job these past two seasons that he is coming back for a third season next year . Upper management is rather impressed with his outstanding 8-27 W/L record over his time in Ottawa .

W-O-W, we just need to win at a 9-26 pace to stay ahead of that Einstein.

When his starting QB goes down he gets a pass. When our number 1 and 2 go down long term it is time to clean house in Tabby Land. Somewhere logic has to be applied…

Quit talking sense will ya . It’s not Burkes fault that the DEADSLACKS had a Crummy season at QB .

The Riders were 3-1 when Trevor Harris went down. It appears Dickenson and maybe ODay won’t get another chance.
