USports Football Tournament in May?

I just came across the article from October. Laval is proposing to host a football tournament in May.

I'm not sure if the proposal has already been shot down or if covid levels would be safe enough by May to host a mini bubble in Quebec City, but I think it would be great fun if the logistics could work.

The tournament would include Laval, Montreal, McMaster, Western, Saskatchewan, and Calgary.

That would a good thing for some universities.

Hopefully it comes to fruition.

Maybe TSN can broadcast the tournament.

I'm all for it if they could pull this off. If they do, I'd also like to see TSN cover these games.
