Wow. At this point, who knows who is the culprit whom the investigation will unmask, but we are well onto the culprit.
Maybe it’s that elusive Spitshine Mahoney who has been behind all these system hijinks all along, and if it weren’t for some damn meddling kids today, he would have gotten away with it.
nah. no one behind it. might be a code bug somewhere in the update. still investigating

yea twitter oneboxes are broken on my test forum too. it’s not just this forum. looking into it more.
edit: this appears to be a twitter thing. this happened before when they broke. I think they just randomly decide they’re going to charge people to onebox their links, then they change their minds. will monitor but I imagine it will fix itself or Musk is just being Musk.
will leave the temp fix in place for now.

btw i did a full redeploy of the site on the host server, just for good measure. no errors in logs so far.
edit: i disabled the info footer earlier because i noticed it was messing up the chat a bit.
We’re still here or else we would be seeing a symphony of destruction at CFL.ca now, so obviously we passed today’s test too.

I have to say I’m really happy with the update to the platform so far, though. It’s gone back to properly showing threads you’ve read, which is great.
