I started a thread a few days ago complaining about my Labor Day game experience. Well out of the blue I had a call from someone named Alex in the Cats office today asking me about the Labor Day game. After the shock wore off, we had a pleasant chat about what I felt were some shortcomings that day with his reply that that was the kind of feedback the team is looking for from fans. He also mentioned that in the future, I could save myself the Tickmaster service charge by calling the Cats office directly for tix.
Now that's the way to treat fans and a lesson for every other pro sports team around.
