Update on Lumsden

Any word today on the status of Jesse

No word normally Silence is bad news..

that would be my guess. If he was ok you would think they would come right out and let everyone know.

thats what i was thinking.....doesnt sound to good.

:|

i'm done speculating.
the "pop" jesse said he heard scares me.
i blew my achilles playing hockey and i was down for a long time.

If it is his Achilles he is gone for the season.
so is his time in Hamilton

But he had it taped and was trying to loosen it up on the sideline. I don't think he'd be able to do that if it was his achilles. I'm hoping it's just a sprain.

An Argo-Cat fan

As soon as I saw him go down, I said 2-3 weeks and he will be back on Labour Day.

We can't win without him, we can't win with him, but he makes it interesting at least.

relax people..its the long weekend..even 'ticat news' should get a weekend off.

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are listing running back Jesse Lumsden after X-rays on his injured right ankle came up negative.

Freeze it or tape it. He has to play on Thursday against the Argos or we are dead.

day to day. sounds like he should be able to play by thursday

If Jesse plays and Casey is ready to go, I would say there is a better than even chance of winning against my Argos.

well it good news at least
Bubba Said He did not Practice today
But did Stretch

The Cats have got to find a way to win, with or without Lumsden. I realize that he is an elite running back and the focus of your offense, but no team should fall apart so completely without one player, especially considering that Lumsden's replacements, Cauley and Smith, are very good backs in their own right.
