I just found the Canadian Football Hall of Fame has set up a twitter account:

I know Hamilton does for sure, usually if I want info. before anybody else I check CFLdaily on Twitter, usually they have the breaking news before anyone else and are almost perfectly accurate.

I'm pretty sure almost all the teams have their own twitter accounts.
