Simply Blows The nfl Away! During A Break From Filming Our Movie On Sunday, We Went To Oscars Pub And Caught The Overtime. I Had To Get The GOOF Behind The Bar To Turn The Sound Up! He Had The nfl On All The Other Televisions And The Sound On For One Of Those Games. There Was NOBODY There Until Our Crew Arrived! After The Montreal - Tiger-Cat Game Was Over The IDIOT Turned The Sound Down For The Calgary - Edmonton Game And The Volume Up For Some BORING nfl Game That NOBODY Was Watching! I Said We Are The ONLY Paying Customers And We Want The CFL Game Volume Up! He Said Everybody Wants The nfl Game Turned Up. I Said WHERE Are These INVISIBLE People You IDIOT? You Want The Game Turned Up For YOURSELF! We Are The Ones PAYING Your Wages! The Customer Is Supposed To Come First! What A BRAIN DEAD Moron! NO Tip For That JERK! And NO More Business For Oscars Pub! :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn: :thdn:

Hahahaha, I love this post, good job man. Be loud, be proud.

Yea, that's the problem. Most bar owners are involved in gambling on the NFL, or have contests set up in their bar with weekly picks. It's totally lame. They don't even watch it for the game that's actually on the field.

Great job Tyrone. We've got to speak up and be heard. This is Canada afterall. We should be able to walk into a bar and watch playoff football in OUR OWN COUNTRY!!!

There's a pub downtown at Granville and Nelson (actually on Nelson St) that has two large Lions flags outside.

I see you drink the cool-aid, everything America good, Canadian bad. The point is this, The CFL generates huge TV numbers whether you and your friend, watch them or not. Fan's in Alberta watch the CFL 4 to 1. Don't let the fact's bother you. In Canada the CFL beats the NFL in TV rating all the time, but again don't let the facts bug you

Anybody who had the ability to watch the CFL PLAYOFFS on Sunday and decided to watch the NFL instead isn’t a CFL fan.
Period. That might be the lamest thing I’ve heard. LOL. I honestly can’t believe you claim to be a CFL fan and watch the inept Seahawks play the inconsistent Ravens.

I could not agree more. I like how she said that she disagrees with the TV ratings. How do you disagree with the facts.

Below is another fact.So much for the NFL selling out every game. Looks like 2011 will be even worse

Through nine weeks of the 2010 season, the NFL has already had 13 blackouts and is on pace to have 25 games not aired in the local market. That would surpass last season's total of 22 and is up 150 percent from 2007 when the NFL had only 10 blackouts and set an attendance record with over 17.5 million fans.

In fact, attendance in the NFL is down for the fourth straight year.

there is no way you are a canadian, nor your so called social network. You are nothing but a phony. Your loss that you didnt watch the games. Your loss that you dont watch canadian produced shows. If you are even living in canada, get the hell out. Be glad to escort you.

Lol, i laugh at this so much. The most exciting CFL game in years.

I always ask NFL fans, what do you do in between plays? Go to the bathroom? Cook dinner? They go on about how exciting it is, but all they're doing is watching the graphics in between the plays, and somehow that makes better presentation.

Camera angles???? are you serious? I never noticed one thing, and i'm very picky about that stuff as my friend growing up directed movies and told me all about Camera angles. There was nothing wrong with the CFL's camera angles.

Grey Cup sold out in no time. Those people in Edmonton were at a sold out Oilers game and a Rodeo event (which are huge in Alberta).

I personally love going to a stadium that in NFL configuration seats 14,000 more seats than Seahawks Stadium. And we have the bigger screen too.

Unlike the States, who has a team for ever 12 million people or so, Canada has a team for every 4 million people.

THERE ARE MANY NFL TEAMS STRUGGLING JUST TO GET 30,000 PEOPLE IN THE SEATS!

The Hamilton Montreal game dre 1.8 million, the Calgary Edmonton game drew 1.4 million, the NFL didn't even pass 400,000 viewers, if that. The people at home clearly were watching CFL anyways if they didn't go to the game.

How you could watch the Seahawks over the highest scoring CFL playoff game in History is beyond me. I fall asleep during the Seahawks vs Steelers Super BORE! Always fall asleep during Super Bore!

I guess the fact that some NFL teams barely draw 30,000 (When they have 12 million people to cater to, unlike a CFL teams 4 million) show that Americans really only watch COLLEGE FOOTBALL. They laugh at the NFL down there. College Ball is WAY bigger!

Felions fan you're a joke that doesn't have any facts. In Canada most people care about the CFL, and those games on the weekend were awesome, the camera angles were perfect. Maybe you should invest in a 1080p HD set, not just a 720p one, or Standard Def box.

NFL = more boring than Baseball

THERE ARE MANY NFL TEAMS STRUGGLING JUST TO GET 30,000 PEOPLE IN THE SEATS!
Is this true?

I had thought that most NFL teams averaged at least 60,000+ per game.

Is there a link that shows attendance figures team by team?

Actually my buddy is a huge NFL fan, and he told me that.

I think most NFL teams do, but many don't and not every game. Y'know what I mean?

I think it was Arizona just a few years ago would only get 9,000 butts in the seats but the TV contract paid for that and actually allowed them to profit. So maybe not this year per se, but if i go back just a few years there were some pretty bad teams.

Let us not forget their 2nd biggest market, Los Angeles, doesn't even have a team.
I guess i should've check out NFL attendnace figures out more. But the way canadian NFL fans would have you believe is that they're completely sold out each and every game and that's simply not true. College ball gets way better numbers. When I look up attendnace figures on ESPN they seem to pick and choose which teams display their figures. The bottom teams just a few years ago they don't even show their figures. Propaganda much?

Besides the fact you can't get the same angles in the CFL, our field is twice the size of theirs anyways lol. Wouldn't matter if the NFL coverage came up and did one CFL game it would look EXACTLY the same Camera Angle wise.

Good for you FYB, we have alot of these types here in Toronto and Southern Ontario including a vast majority on radio and TV.
All idiots.

considering Felion Fan started his account n October and has 6 posts he is on a CFL site to troll

It’s not rewarding the missed field goal, it forces you to run the football out instead of take the easy way out like they do in the NFL by giving away yardage for NOTHING. LOL now THAT’s LAME. Same thing happens on Punts, so how is it rewarding a missed field goal? Maybe you need to read a book?

Dave Randorf DID host a sports show many years before this show and is well respected in Vancouver. What’s wrong with Dave Randorf? He was awesome on Sports Page, the best sports show ever in my opinion. Thankfully Don Taylor is still on TV to at least give us some Sports Page action. Love hearing BMac and Taylor two former Sports page hosts as well hosting the afternoon show on the TEAM 1040.

You clearly are a loon!

How was it boring to watch? My buddies have NFL sunday ticket and they were watching that game instead and even they are laughing at you right now. You don’t know what you’re talking about it’s a different league. THe CFL has a TWENTY SECOND TIME CLOCK HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY GET BORED? THE NFL SITS AND WASTES THE LAST TWO MINUTES OF EVERY SINGLE GAME RUNNING THE CLOCK OUT WITH THEIR BORING 40 SECOND BULL**** CLOCK. The CFL is faster and more exciting always. No question. THe NFL is SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW BORRRRINNGGG YAWWWWWWWNNNNNN.

They’re talkin on the Team 1040 even saying how NFL players come up here and Fail RIGHT NOW ON THE TEAM they’re saying it 4:25 pm get the podcast learn something, you don’t know what you’re saying. This is the highest form of Canadian Football in the world, you need a different type of player to play in the CFL then in the NFL.

No it's not, it's the teams fault for not running the ball out. They, CFL, is saying run the ball out and stop playing like the boring NFL.

I obviously wasn't giving an accurate number. Basically if you go down to Seahawk stadium, you'd have to take out 20,000 seats and the Seahawk Stadium would be a 45,000 seat CFL stadium. Accurate enough for ya?

THE NFL SITS AND WASTES THE LAST TWO MINUTES OF EVERY SINGLE GAME RUNNING THE CLOCK OUT WITH THEIR BORING 40 SECOND BULL**** CLOCK.

Hey, this we Agree on!
You are so right about this "fact"!
Both games have their good and bad points.
And the Two minute clock in the NFL is BS.
I do not understand, why they don't change that?
Just as the CFL should change the Point added, for the "Missed" Field Goal.

Oh yes, there is nothing like both teams in the No Fun League walking off the field with 39 seconds left on the clock.
There is one great rule and definitely the worst in any sport.
