While the CFL can’t know the weather, they should know Friday night’s in late October are low on hockey / sports content.
Why are there 2 CFL games on Saturday - up against a TON of Canadian hockey, when Friday night is wide open? :
I truly don’t understand why TSN doesn’t give the CFL keeps setting us up to fail?
I’m starting to think bumping the CFL schedule up a few weeks (starting MID May) is the way to go.
I like the single Friday night game, a doubleheader means late start for the second game and those of us in the Eastern or Atlantic time zones have a tough time staying up for them. This weekend is actually perfect since I can watch every game with ease. The CFL is trying to combat Hockey Night in Canada by having western teams play in the 7pm ET slots.

Yes, but it is killing us. You can’t compete against the Leafs on Saturday night.
