TSN... Crap P by P AGAIN!

Rod Black left, Rod Smith remained... Okay... But tonight's BC at WPG game had to be the worst called game of the year.
Just two old ladies talking about sh1t and anything else but the game. What am I missing? Why is TSN so consistently poor at play by play? Glad I wasn't listening on TSN radio, I'd be totally lost.
This has been brought up over and over but nothing changes.

What else would they talk about? It was second stringers by the second quarter.

Not play by play but opening line from Sports Centre tonight: “ gotta love this time of year; basketball, NHL, NFL, and of course….the Fall Classic………………..

Yup, great partners there….

I really enjoyed the ESF. Great job by Rod Smith and Duane Ford on the call. Only a couple mistakes or rambling stories interfering with the call. Nice camera work; a couple times I thought they could have zoomed in more on kick returns but I was watching on my small TV. I'm not a fan of the field level camera angles but they're getting very popular in football and hockey lately for some reason. Even the horns didn't bother me too much, though I had the volume down fairly low as the rest of my family was napping.

I had no interest in listening to anyone on the panel but that's nothing new.

The WSF on the other hand is a disaster so far. At least Glen Suitor is good. Dustin Nielson is obnoxious. The colours are so off it's giving me a headache already. Cameras are so zoomed in I have no idea what's going on.

I agree ESF was good and panel is no good. But WSF coverage and commentating is just fine so far.

Yeah Suitor was better than usual. By my count he only ignored 7 plays while babbling about something totally unrelated to the game at hand.

I guess it's ok with volume most of the way down. I would prefer Chris Cuthbert or Rod Black on the call, though.

Hello....... Canada. That's the best I can do impersonating Rod Black.

Do miss Leif Pettersson though. Gone from us too soon.
