That looked like interference on Carter hitting Fantuz early, but who am I to argue with the refs.
My thoughts on this game are that if the riders find a way to lose a game against a team playing with its third string QB that has never completed a pass in the CFL prior to today, AND they lost their starting running back, they’ll have more to be ashamed of than just the cheap shot Shult’s put on Wynn’s head.
I would think if the Riders lose, it would be time for George Cortez to take over in Regina. Danny's just not getting it done.

Quite the game tonight. A real nail biter.
Nasty hit on Wynn, sure to be a suspension for that, but turned out ok for the Argos because it got Crouch into the game. He may not have been statistically much better than Wynn, but somehow it was much more reassuring to see him in there. Spergon was taking waaay too long to throw the ball, hence the 5 sacks. Hope he's ok.
