What a sad, sad read.http://www.cfl.ca/article/als-taking-it ... -proudfoot
I could not read the whole article in one shot. One of the real scary disease. I hope the Als will have the smarts to honnor Tony at the very first home game once they come back from the Western run... It would also be great for the team to create
The Tony Proudfoot Trophy and award it to the "best teammate" or "hardest workging" as voted by the Als players.
God, that was a brutal read. My heart goes out to Tony. I particularly admire how he is able to weave humor and empathy for his family into such a grim, terrifying narrative. It puts everything in perspective, the game of football, everything.
