I saw the story on television the other day about Tony Proudfoot.I remember him very well from his playing day.I was a big Als fan back in those days.I’am 53 now and i guess i 'am 7 years younger than tony.I guess what i want to say is i watch you and your team play all the time and i do remember. You are not forgotten you had a great career. There were some great games back then with Edmontons Larry Highbaugh and company.
Very touching report. It really had an emotional impact on me (saw it on TSN). I have met the dude and he is the class of class. If ever there was someone you would want to benchmark as a leader for inspiration and all the intangibles.........he is the man.
A great football mind, and an even greater human being.
Respect Tony!
I hope Tony was able to travel with the team to the GC.
Yes he is in Calgary reporting for CJAD
Sadly it is through a computer generated voice.
He types on his laptop and the laptop reads it back
