TORONTO — For the dozens of prospects waiting to hear their names called and their pro football dreams to be realized, the CFL Draft is finally upon us.
It’s interesting that Ferguson had LB’s on both of his mock drafts as the 1st pick - presumably Elk. Cantin-Arku is obviously not going 1st.
Does drafting Mauga-Clements, another LB, 1st in the Global Draft signal going away from Dublanko later tonight for Jones? He’s a project so I doubt it. Will they get a trade offer to sweet to pass up?
Looks like a lot of teams in the Global Draft made an effort to identify positions of need. I don’t get BC getting 2 kickers.
