CAN WE REALLY BLAME KELLY FOR THIS HORRIBLE FIRST HALF OF FOOTBALL? THAT IS A QUESTION I WAS JUST ASKED BY A FRIEND OF MINE, WITH THE HORRIBLE TURNOVER'S THAT HAVE TURNED INTO RIDER SCORES. MY ANSWER IS YES BOWMAN AND BERNARD SHOULD HAVE HELD ONTO THOSE BALLS, BISHOP SHOULD NOT HAVE THROWN THAT BALL THAT WAS EASILY INTERCEPTED, BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS IS THE TEAM MIKE KELLY HAS PUT TOGETHER. SO MY ANSWER IS YES, IT IS KELLY'S FAULT. AS A COACH HE IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THIS TEAM READY TO PLAY FOOTBALL, NOT PLAY LIKE A BUNCH OF HAS BEENS WITH 4 UNNECCESSARY TURNOVER'S.

FACT IS BISHOP IS NOT THE ANSWER AND NEEDS TO BE BENCHED TO GIVE THE OTHER QB'S A SERIOUS LOOK.
FACT IS THE BOMBER RECIEVER'S ARE NOT WHERE THEY WERE LAST YEAR, BOWMAN IS HOT/COLD, RALPH HAS BEEN A NON FACTOR, BRYANT ISN'T THE SAME BRYANT AS LAST YEAR. ONLY RECIEVER PLAYING TO HIS POTENTIAL IS EDWARDS, A ONE RECIEVER OFFENSE WILL NOT WIN ANY GAMES, ALL RECIEVER'S NEED TO PICK IT UP, NOT JUST ONE.

THIS TEAM IS FALLING APART RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR EYES AND KELLY HAS TO HAVE AN ANSWER FOR THIS HORRIBLE PLAY, I DON'T THINK HE HAS A CLUE, WHAT TO DO NEXT?

I SAY IT'S TIME FOR KELLY TO HOP ON THE NEXT BUS OUTTA WINNIPEG, HIS EXPERIMENT HAS BEEN SOMETHING OUTTA A HORROR MOVIE, YES THERE SHOULD BE PLAYER'S ON THE SAME BUS OUTTA HERE, SUCH AS RALPH, BRYANT, CRAVER, BOWMAN, BISHOP AND MANY MORE ....... THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN OF A WINNING FOOTBALL TEAM IN THE NEAR FUTURE ... AS A MATTER OF FACT, THIS IS STARTING TO RESEMBLE THE REINBOLD ERA, DO I DARE SAY.

WE NEED CHANGES AND WE NEED THEM FAST, THAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE IN BOMBERLAND. I THINK KELLY IS HANGING ONTO HIS JOB BY A STRING AND DON'T EXPECT HIM TO BE COACH IN 2010, EXPECT A NEW GM TO COME IN AND MAKE THE CHANGES WE ALL CAN SEE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. I DO NOT BLAME SIMPSON FOR WANTING OUTTA THIS CIRCUS ONE BIT, THIS TEAM IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND US BOMBER FANS DESERVE BETTER THAN TO BE THE LAUGHING STOCK OF THE LEAGUE.

WHAT WILL IT TAKE, KELLY BEING FIRED, BAUER TO STEP DOWN, A REAL GM TO MAKE THE CHANGES NEEDED. BOTTOM LINE IS WE HAD A GM THAT MADE A COUPLE WRONG MOVES, BUT HAD MORE GREAT MOVES THAN BAD AND HE WAS PUNTED OUTTA HERE, KELLY SHOULD NOT HAVE THE LUXURY OF STAYING AROUND WITH ALL THE CHANGES HE MADE THAT ARE NOT WORKING OUT.

Rookies going to cost you games... including rookie coach. Between Bernard, Bowman, Kelly, Johnson and all the new guys. Your seeing a team that is giving away games with mistakes.

You can certainly blame Kelly for dismantling a team instead of tweaking like he said he would

......THAT'S IT......BRUTAL.......couldn't watch anymore....the long suffering Bomber fans have had enough....That should be it for Kelly....I tried to take the high road with this guy from day one....HOWEVER....there comes a time when you have to face the facts....Get rid of Mike HE HAS LOST THE TEAM.....I would get Richard Harris to take over as head coach...bring back Barrin...and for cripes sake bring in Casey Printers....We can't smell it up any worse....This season is dead..You can't put a brave ....and positive face on anything that i seen out there today....We have been sold a bill of goods by Kelly and we have to eat it....There is A LOT OF HOME GAMES remaining and i predict....UNLESS there's a Major CHANGE ....The BigBlue will be playing to an empty house.....take er away housedog....over and out.... :oops: :oops:

Took you a while but welcome aboard. You’ll feel yucky for a couple weeks but as your body eliminates all the Kellaid toxins you’ll feel better.

Well Papa it just ended! 55 to 10!!! Good bye playoffs !! It's a bloody shame for what used to be a very proud franchise with a winning tradition. Should be a 'very' interesting week in the Peg. Maybe Montreal will give Calvillo and Colbourne the next game off that way we'll only lose by about 3 td's....

I'am a proud Bomber fan but holy crap already!!!!!

This has been horrible, this team stopped playing for Kelly all together, Simpson must be laughing on the inside. They need to get rid of Kelly omce and for all. Kelly has turned a very good team from 2008 to this horrible/hopeless team in 2009. He stated he was gonna tweak the roster when hired, yet he overhauls 75% of the team and this is the outcome. Absolutely horrible. We now need to get rid of Kelly and start rebuilding this MESS HE BUILT. That is the bottom line truth. The reciever's have been horrible all year, but when you don't have a QB, i guess that would happen, Bishop has to be gone, i agree bring in Printers, how can that hurt this team. We need to start fresh and look for answers RIGHT NOW and not just for the remainder of this year, but for 2010, it would not hurt to bring in Printers, even Dunnigan agreed with this one. Bishop should be gone as he is not the long term answer, bring in someone younger like Printers who can possibly be the long term answer at QB.

Now for all the Randall bashers out there, give the guy a break, he has not seen any more than 5 minutes of action as the #3 guy in 2 years, has not practiced on the first team ever, and he is still only 26 years old. That being said, Kelly coming out and stating in public that "He Has No FAITH in Randall" just proves what type of coach he is, give Randall a break and Boot Kelly, he should not have stated that in public that he has no faith in his NOW number 2 QB. Bishop craps the bed and Randall is thrown into the fire, with that statement hanging over his head, just plain stupid, that is what Kelly is.

I strongly feel that at least half this team is JUST NOT PLAYING for Kelly, i have said it before, this team is better than it has shown over the year, they will not sit around and play for this clown anymore and it started with Armstrong (which i don't blame for whining) anymore, cause now you have your best defensive player in Simpson doing exactly what Armstrong did. We lost one great reciever because of KELLY THE CLOWN AND ARE READY TO LOSE SIMPSON, HOW MUCH MORE DOES BAUER NEED TO REALIZE KELLY HAS TO GO.

Well - I said I would eat my words in earlier posts, and here it is! Kelly must go! I was at that game today and left after the 3rd. For the first time EVER!

The offence completely sunk the defence. I will not going hard on the D despite the score. The O left them in holes all game long. I will now sign off. Not because I am not a fan, but because I admit - there is nothing left to say or argue.

How it hurts me to say "Towelie and Housedog were "oh so right" > but they were!

Impossible. Part of the problem for this team is that it is managed by a NFP BOD, In effect the people above Bauer are part timers. Just getting together could take a week or more.

Clown show will last the full season.

doesn't take much to can Kelly, he will be gone within the week, as for Bauer unfortuneately we are stuck with until Asper takes ownership, Bauer needs to sell tickets and keeping Kelly as HC will not do it. Bauer will have no choice now but to fire Kelly, one problem is they will have to replace him with a coach already on the team as we are still paying for Berry's Salary.

If we needed a sign that the team sides with Barrin Simpson and has quit on Kelly, today's ass-whooping should be the proof.

Bring back Berry. If he refuses you don’t have to pay him anymore and if he accepts and turns it around he get’s his carreer back. If he stinks you fire him again at season’s end.

Also, don’t just look for a head coach, but an OC too. You can’t have another GM, Head Coach, OC, Waterboy, Headchef, Janitor, Trainer and part time employee at 7-11.

Offer Tom Higgins GM/HC for the rest of the season. At season ends he get's the option to keep on of the two positions.

Know this. The next guy is going to want a BULLETPROOF contract. Bauer is in deep CACA

Papa. I really feel bad for you. I know that you are a true blue fan, and us Bomber fans don’t deserve this. I know we don’t agree on a lot of things. I feel really bad for all the fans. This game was really a disgrace. But something told me when they signed this guy Kelly we got a lemon and someone who justs spouts out hotair. Bauer needs to go. He has over stayed his welcome. No doubt he did good things in the beginning. We need a President who will make the changes that will return our team to respectability. The board really needs to step up and show leadership and correct this sinking ship. It seems to me our team just gave up. When that happens it spells big trouble for the remainder of the season.

You guys need an Obie type GM. A guy who's savy, make's steals of trades and could probably convince Marc Trestman to send us Anwar Stewart for a pair of shoelaces. Someone who NEVER stop's looking for better talent, who's never satisfied with what the team is doing and so on.

We need to admit that we had it pretty darn good with Taman as GM, he made more positive moves than negative ones and now Kelly's moves are making Taman look like GM of The Year. Kelly taking that title of GM away from Taman was the beginning of the end. Taman wasn't the greatest GM, but at least we were respectable as a team, cutting ties with Taman was immature and Kelly was the one to do that.
