Time Clock on Converts

Good Point. I saw it at the game so I was trying to figure it out all night. Did they explain it in the telecast?

So BC was going for 2 points, and the Riders went for the penalty to stop this?

roughyfan already answered it. read his post!

Why don't you look at the rule book. There are many different instances when the clock runs and stops during the last 3 minutes.

Of course from the snap of the ball the clock always runs except for the convert in the last 3 minutes.

but in general, the clock runs when the ball is snapped every time after the three minute waring?

I read the book, but what the book says, and what happens on the TV is two different things.

Suitor pointed it out.

Yes except on a convert.

I don’t think you made that clear enough… Can you repeat that 5 or 6 more times…

it's frustrating guys, cuz on TV, they run the clock BEFORE the snap of the ball, and it seems to go with the refs whilst, so you can see where I get confused.

I even counted last night, the the clock ran 6 seconds before the snap.

Maybe you could anwser this, Sportmen

thanks sportsmen.

BTW, Sportman, in the NFLE, the run the clock after an incomplete pass, what do you think about that?

I think that's a bad rule.
