For the second time this year, Tiger-Cats (regular season) gameday is here. And with this being gameday, it is time for the play-by-play game thread for discussion of the game as it happens to be posted here. I will once again get this thread started, so no one here needs to worry about covering for me this time. So here we go.
WHAT – Tiger-Cats Gameday: Tiger-Cats vs. Blue Team.
WHO - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and that blue team.
WHY – To see if the Ticats can get a win against the blue team, in their house, in a meaningful game, and to see if they can avoid starting out 0-2 again. (It has been too long since any of those things happened.)
WHERE - The stadium formerly known as the SkyDome, also known as the blue team's house, in Toronto, Ontario. (I would also accept referring to that place where the blue team plays as "Mister Rogers' Neighbourhood" and that is as close as I will get to referring to it by its "official" name.)
WHEN - Thursday, July 3rd, at 7:00 p.m. EDT.
HOW - Radio: CHML (900 kHz AM) and Y108 (107.9 MHz FM) broadcasting from Hamilton.
Television: TSN.
Internet: Visit www.900chml.com and click the "listen live" link, or simply click here to listen to CHML now.
Or visit www.y108.ca and click the "listen live" link there, or simply click here to listen to Y108 now.

Click here for tonight's weather forecast. Right now, there is a 10% probability of precipitation this evening and north winds of 15 km/h are expected. And at this time, it is expected that the temperature is expected to be about 13°C. So the dome might be open, as "those wusses from Toronto" who like their comfort might find the weather good enough for them this time.
The last game the Ticats played was one that brought back some memories that we would have preferred to not have brought back. But are the Ticats actually as bad as they seemed, or was it simply a bad game? We would like to see this team at its best, and the Ticats will be up against a team that should bring out the best in them. A win tonight could go a long way in making the fans believe in this team. Even a moral victory might be acceptable, as... oh, what am I saying? This team must beat this blue team, and so I say...
Go Ticats!
