The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has signed non-import defensive end Stan van Sichem.
The Ticats also announced that the following players have been released:

Well the Bomber board sure hyped this guy to heaven and back so we'll see if he makes the final roster.I believe they traded Gavin Walls for him flat out? Supposed to be a ST demon and decent backup.

Maybe someone has the information,but me I wonder why do the Tiger-Cats still have 79 players on the roster. According to my numbers there should be no more than 75 players.-68 +5 draft choices-2009and 2010- and 2 territorial exemptions.

Howdy Kittens!I really can't remember anyone being any more pumped about Van Sichem than what I'm seeing here .Regardless what I am curious about is your opinion of David Ball. did you give us something or is he TCF.The word is goodhands but thats it. From my prospective Van Sichem has potential but I never heard the details on his Med. failure.
David Ball will catch anything you throw at him but he’s very slow.That’s why he got cut.
