I would say if a player shows respect to Obie and doesn't try and say they should be paid an amount not warranted, Obie will show the same respect. But if you think you are above what is warranted, then Obie says goodbye, and that's the way it should be especially for those from the factory down south where there are so many players looking for a paycheck.
