I guess they still like McCants, but he wasn’t yet able to beat out Gardner, Curry or Walker for a position on the active roster.
Hopefully the Ticats bring in some NFL giants to replace West, who didn’t come close to getting a sack in his short stay here.

I think McCants should have gotten at least one more start, now that Chang is QB. He obviously couldn't live up to his potential with Maas being incapable of throwning deep more than once a game.
