The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced Tuesday the football club has added national long snapper Tanner Doll to the practice roster.
Doll, 25, played 22 games with the Ottawa Redblacks from 2016 to 2017. The 6-0, 221-pound long snapper was selected by Ottawa in the fourth round, 28th overall, in the 2015 Canadian Football League Draft, and was part of the Redblacks’ 2016 Grey Cup Championship. Before turning pro, the St. Albert, Alberta native spent five seasons at the University of Calgary from 2011 to 2015, playing at linebacker for the Dinos.
The Tiger-Cats also announced the following three players have been released:
