I have a personalized Ti-cat plate, and I have never been embarrassed since I got it over 10 years a go, when the team almost folded. Even though my favourite teams are all in the West, I still have that hometown pride, and will be wearing Gold tonight over the Argos!
But to answer the question. They gave them away as a promo at a game a year or two ago. You can check Nethercott Chev. That is what it says on them.

I was in Nethercott a few months ago and they had a bunch...they are in the parts department and if I recall correctly they are free. (if I don't recall correctly then they were probably under 5 bucks)
Nethercott is on Upper James at Rymal, their parts department is entered from the lower level door accessible from the parking lot on the north side of the building.
I would have picked up a few for myself, but licence plate holders tend to rattle pretty bad when the stereo goes boom boom, so I passed.
these ticat plates, are they they new or old logo?
