All I can say is… WOW!!! Ya, trading our best receiver away would be a GREAT idea :S And I don’t care what anyone says, even with the new signings, he is still our best receiver followed by Fantuz (I think it will be a huge year for him)
He Will Be injured early to mid season then sit out for a few weeks then ask to be traded.

I am reasonably certain Matt also injured a knee in the NFL, which is likely why he didn’t make it down there.
But He is pretty healthy at the moment and suggesting you trade one of the top 3 or 4 receivers in the league, who also happens to be a class act, a fulltime resident of Regina and excellent community guy, which supposedly is the type of player we want, makes no sense.
And he is only going to be 29 years old, so is in his prime.
As for him asking to be traded, I doubt he was happy about losing Roy and Danny, but he also understands the business side and this is his home–he likes it here.
He did hurt his knee in the NFL

just so you know, for anyone.. the CFL can draft ANY canadian, whether he plays in the CIS or the NCAA.. it's not restricted to Canadian College teams only!
