They need to nix the OT ‘must’ try 2pt convert.
The guess work of the rare fake for 2pt convert is over. However we can say that this should bring more 2 pt convert attempts. ( 8 yard out with no hand fighting anyone? - lol )
And I’m not sure if Stegal brought forth the same though of the 8 yard out. which one isn’t even a timing thing it’s pretty much just pitch and catch. (so long as you have positioning)

Totally…except I think it will be a TE or close in SB (seeing as they can be close and eligible now) simply bolting to the back flag…if a guy lines up outside and behind he cuts back in toward the center back of the endszone…if they drop 2 guys back to cover on each side you get the QB to follow a RB as a lead blocker and hope for the best on a 3 yard scamper…only guy there that should be needing blocked is the DE because the LB has dropped back…beyond that it will be a MLB shadowing…a fast QB should be able to tuck in for 3 yards most times in that scenario.
Aside from my obvious disdain for the new contact rules on receivers, I'm also not fond of the PAT change. If they are going to move it back that far, make it a kick for 2, and scrimage from the 3 yd line for the single.
