So can anyone explain to me how this comes up before I have even started my post ? I have tried on several different occasions this morning to post in the Atheist thread but before I even type anything this message shows up on the screen…“This post has already been flagged for moderator attention. Are you sure you want to reply to it ? Replies to negative content tend to encourage more negative behavior”
So is this a glitch in the matrix or something else . How can a post be possibly flagged that hasn’t even been started yet ?
when you get that popup it is referring to some previous post… . what you do is top right of that notice click on the down arrow then you can post to your heart’s content.
Thanks Jon for the reply . I just wonder if this has happened to other posters before ? I have seen other popups before about different things and such but this one is a new one on me . Strange , very strange indeed that a post that hasn’t even been started yet can be flagged .
Thanks MJ . I realize that I can just click on the esc in the top right corner and carry on but was just wondering why a message like this would popup in the first place ? I could maybe see it if I was trying to quote an already flagged post but that wasn’t the case here . I wasn’t quoting anyone and was just simply starting a new post on the topic .
Then I think, if you are replying to the thread and not to the previous post. . . then i think it’s just letting u know that a post or posts before yours have been flagged. And there were some posters really insecure in their faith who were flagging all my memes. . .

Interestingly enough I did a little experiment and tried to post quoting your last post and the message did not come up . It does though popup if I just hit the red reply button without quoting anybody and attempt to start a new post .
Well like I said pretty much every meme I’ve posted has been flagged. I think, in the interests of transparency, when someone flags your post you should receive a notice that it has been flagged, and by whom.
I agree, I have had many meme’s flagged and removed lately.

This is an excellent reason why I stay away from religion on this forum. The only other non-sports topic which generates as many conflicts is politics.
But if a coach wanted to stir up emotions in the locker room just prior to a meaningless game all he’d have to do is ditch the pre-game talk and open the floor to a discussion on politics and religion.
