There something Rotten in Steel-town

Well I guess the answer is that we need Pinball as our GM. As crazy as that idea might be, remember that Sazio left Hamilton for the Argos.

Yes, we are that desperate

Like I said I don't have the answers ...
I just know something is not right ..
Changes needs to be made
Cause Knowing Toronto has won 2 Times in last 5 years makes me ill
I really wish we still had Sports radio station in our Town
There nothing worse then Rival winning it all

Think Iā€™ll find a way to incorporate our new new logo into my jersey next year. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I believe in the Harold Ballard curse! Both Leafs and Cats are cursed haha

Of course, the only championship Ballard ever got was the Grey Cup in '86ā€¦

That would be #2 of our 3 Grey Cups in 50 yearsā€¦

Ah the curse gave us a break those two times.

Actually it's the curse of TC. One of the greatest mascots ever. New regime. TC replaced by Stripes.

Like many of us here, I waffle between bitter disgust and somewhat acceptance of the performance of our beloved team since our last Grey Cup win in 1999.

Here's yet another take on our recent history that might help make one feel a bit better. This is the number of trips to the Grey Cup by era, 2000-2012, where we were shut out, and then 2013 to the present, where we made it, and by team:

I guess we did improve somewhat after 13 miserable seasons. Montreal and BC haven't done so well in the past 10 years by comparison.

That will be the new logo if Toronto wins the title on our soil in 2023.

This absolutely canā€™t happen!

It sounds very crazy. Pinball is not a GM.

I seem to recall that itā€™s already happened before .

We used to win at least one Cup every decade

Then we switched Millenniums

Has to be a connection there somewhere

Hmmm

We should adopt the new logo asapā€¦only to be changed once we win the cup! Maybe thatā€™ll break the curse.

No team stands in the way of a player or management moving up in his/her career ladder . It reflects well on the team as a destination for future talent . If you stifle personal growth you ā€œcut off your nose to spite your faceā€.
