The Training Camp Report

Video Training Camp Reports Link

This is an EXCELLENT addition to the site ... very well done. Informative and concise.

I EAGERLY ANTICIPATE the next report.

Peace.

P.S - Regarding KariKari ... I am SURPRISED at the UNDERWHELMING Response to his addition to the team. The man is ALL STAR Calibre. Provided he is HEALTHY this could be classified as a COUP !

I have to agree with you on both counts, MS. I'm looking forward to reading today's report and Karikari is a great addition.

just thought id say i love the idea! its great for me because i dont often have the schedual to come down to mac and watch, are we going to be doing this every day?? if so thats great! love it

Glad to hear everyone is enjoying the video reports. They will be filed daily along with a written report and a photo gallery.

The video reports can be found here, the photo galleries can be found here and the written report will be on the front page of Ticats.ca.

I think everyone is taking the "if it's too good to be true approach" when it comes to KK noone can understand HOW we ended up with him and why he wasn't picked up earlier

Maybe KK is a big Desjardines and Taffe fan?

Day 2's video report is now online

Wow! Is this a sweet addition. As I live on the other side of the planet (New Zealand), my chances of checkin' out the camp in person are slim, this is awesome! This site has really come along way for us expats who still bleed black & gold.

I get about 3 seconds into the video clip and it "freezes".

Anyone else experiencing this?

The video training camp reports are excellent. Rick Zamperin, the new Ticat play-by-play announcer, does a nice job presenting the reports. They are similar in quality to the video reports that can be found on the websites of the NFL teams. Keep up the good work!

Brilliant addition to the site.

I would also like to say that these video reports are excellent and a great addition to the site. I would certainly like to thank those who added this to the site. I'll be taking time to view each of them when they come out. The text reports and additions to the photo gallery are also very well done. I'm unable to be there at training camp to see what happens, but these reports that get posted here seem to capture what it is like to be there.

I'm also looking forward to the CHML's Tiger-Cats shows that'll be coming up. For those who missed the first one, it as interesting to hear what Shaun King had to say. I suggest downloading the podcast and listening about 10-15 minutes into it to hear the King interview, although the rest of the show was quite good as well.

If you find the video keeps starting then stopping again, it appears that it is rebuffering when it pauses. It might not say it is, but I'm sure it is rebuffering, as clicking the pause button, then resuming playing the video about a minute later appears to help. That makes it so you download the data to be displayed ahead of time, not while the video is playing. Then it should play more continuously.

Anyway, thanks again to those who were added this to the site.

man i love the pics too, vids r great, pics r even better, i love it its awsome, great job cats on this idea.
