Tennessee Titan suspended 5 games - longest in history

How about Albert Haynesworth of the Tennessee Titans. On Sunday, he knocked the helmet of Dallas Cowboys Center Andre Gurode's head, and then stomped on him. Are you serious? Sounds like a WWE move. Gurode needed thirty stiches. The move earned Haynesorth a 5 game suspension. Longest in NFL history!

WOW.

I think that 5 games is a great call by the new NFL commisioner. If you look at where Gurode gets kicked, he wasn’t far away from losing an eye. Not sure what Haynesworth was thinking on this one, probably the same thing that AJ Gass was 2 weeks ago.

Makes you wonder what This guy's demeanor is like off the field...

They were talking about this on the radio today.
I dont know it its the same issue but he was also fined 7000$ a stitch. They didnt mention how many stitches

I had heard there were thirty or more on the radio this morning....that's a helluva fine.....

....$200,000 plus for stitches....yup, sounds like a U.S. medical system....

Quite obviously, the parallel isn't lost on me. I never defended AJ's action(s), but this was pretty bad as well.

I wonder if the fine would have been the same if it was T.O.'s head that he stomped on....
